About Michele
As a native speaker of American English, I earned a BA in German with a concentration in international business followed by an internship with AIMS in Austria and Germany. With experience in bilingual business environments, I have worked for various US subsidiaries of German firms such as PKL, Thyssen Steel and Danaher Controls translating general business, transportation and customs documents, also serving as focal point of contact with German main offices. Currently, I am an instructor at Berlitz Language School, where I teach business English to upper-level students.
I continue to extend my German language skills and refine my German fluency as via education, training and as a member of local German conversation groups.
